Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before starting a project.

Getting Started
How do I get started?+
Submit a quote request at clarityintel.io/quote. Describe your project in plain English — no technical knowledge required. We’ll review it within one business day and respond with a fixed price and delivery timeline.
Do I need to know anything technical?+
Nothing at all. If you can describe the problem you’re trying to solve, we can scope and build it. We ask a few clarifying questions if needed and handle everything else.
How long does a typical project take?+
Simple automation scripts and data tools are typically delivered within 24–48 hours. Complex systems, web applications, and machine learning projects are scoped individually with a specific delivery date confirmed before we start. We don’t begin work without a clear deadline you’ve agreed to.
What information do I need to provide?+
A clear description of what you need, any sample data or files if relevant, your preferred output format, and your deadline if you have one. The more specific you are, the faster and more accurately we can scope it.
Pricing & Payment
How does fixed pricing work?+
Before we start any project, we give you a fixed price. That’s what you pay — no hourly overruns, no surprise invoices, no scope creep charges. If we underestimated the complexity, that’s our problem, not yours.
What payment methods do you accept?+
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Payment is collected at the time of project approval.
Do you offer refunds?+
We don’t offer refunds, but we do offer something better: 3 revision rounds included with every project. If the deliverable isn’t what you needed, we fix it. We don’t ship until it works.
Can I get a discount for multiple projects?+
Yes. If you’re running multiple projects or want an ongoing retainer arrangement, contact us at admin@clarityintel.io to discuss pricing.
Do you offer subscription services?+
Yes — for recurring work like monthly reports, monitoring, and ongoing automation, we offer subscription plans. See clarityintel.io/pricing for current subscription options.
The Work
Do you use AI to build everything?+
We use AI-assisted execution tools as part of our workflow, but every deliverable is reviewed, tested, and approved by a senior engineer before it ships. You’re not getting raw AI output — you’re getting engineered solutions with AI leveraged for speed.
What programming languages do you work in?+
We work across 32 languages. Python is our primary delivery language for automation, data, and AI projects. JavaScript, HTML/CSS for web work. Bash for system scripting. We’ll use whatever language is right for your specific problem.
Can you build anything?+
If it involves code, automation, AI, data, or web development — almost certainly yes. The rare exception is projects requiring physical hardware or proprietary systems we don’t have access to. Submit a quote request and we’ll tell you within one business day if it’s something we can do.
Will the code work on my system?+
Every deliverable comes with a README including exact setup instructions and a requirements file for dependencies. If you run into issues getting it running, that falls within the support window.
Do you sign NDAs?+
Yes. If your project involves sensitive business information, we’re happy to sign an NDA before scoping begins. Contact admin@clarityintel.io.
Delivery & Support
How is the work delivered?+
You receive a zip file containing the complete deliverable, full documentation, setup instructions, and a requirements file. For web projects, we can also deploy directly to your server.
What happens after delivery?+
Every project includes a 14-day support window for questions, minor adjustments, and help getting the deliverable running in your environment. After 14 days, ongoing support is available as a separate service.
What are the 3 revision rounds?+
After delivery, you can request up to 3 rounds of revisions at no extra charge. A revision round means you send us specific feedback, we implement the changes, and deliver the updated version. Revisions are for adjustments to the original scope — new features or significant scope changes are quoted separately.
Can you deploy to my server?+
Yes, for an additional fee. We’re comfortable with Linux servers, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, DigitalOcean, DreamHost), Docker, and standard deployment pipelines.
