1. Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to provide our services:

Account Information

When you register as a client, we collect your name, email address, company name, and phone number (optional).

Project Information

When you submit a project request or quote, we collect the details you provide including project descriptions, requirements, and any files or data you share with us.

Payment Information

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or full payment details on our servers. We receive only a transaction confirmation and the last four digits of your card for reference purposes. Stripe’s privacy policy governs how your payment data is handled: stripe.com/privacy.

Communication Data

If you contact us via email or our contact form, we retain that correspondence to provide support and improve our services.

Technical Data

Our web server automatically logs standard access data including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited. This data is used solely for security monitoring and server maintenance.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Deliver the services you have requested
• Process payments and send receipts
• Communicate with you about your projects
• Respond to support requests and inquiries
• Send service-related notifications (account confirmations, delivery notices)
• Monitor for and defend against security threats
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond operating and improving our services.

3. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party tracking or analytics tools. We do not place advertising cookies on your device. We do not build behavioral profiles of our users.

4. How We Share Your Information

Stripe

Payment processing. Your payment information is transmitted directly to Stripe and governed by their privacy policy.

Mailgun

Email delivery. When we send you transactional emails (receipts, project updates, notifications), your email address is transmitted to Mailgun for delivery purposes only.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any other third parties. We do not share your project details, business information, or client data with anyone outside of ClarityIntel.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and project information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you request account deletion, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or necessary to resolve disputes.

Project deliverables and associated data are retained for 90 days after delivery, after which they are permanently deleted from our systems.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:

• All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS
• Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our servers
• Access to client data is restricted to authorized personnel only
• Our servers are monitored continuously for unauthorized access attempts

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we implement strong safeguards, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access — Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Correction — Request correction of inaccurate information
• Deletion — Request deletion of your personal information
• Portability — Request your data in a portable format
• Objection — Object to processing of your personal information

8. Cookies

We use only essential session cookies necessary to operate the client portal (login state). We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any non-essential cookies.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, contact us immediately at admin@clarityintel.io.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify registered clients of material changes via email. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
